           We know that in order tocharge the solar battery, the output voltage of the solar panel must be higherthan the current voltage of the battery. If the voltage of the solar panel islower than the battery voltage, the output current will be close to 0.Moreover, the output of solar panels is not fixed, but varies with theconditions of radiation intensity, ambient temperature and so on.
